Stan Smith, President

Stan launched Provider Management in 1997 to meet the growing demand for
attracting qualified candidates to open positions in the industry. Having
worked in the Rehab industry for 6 years, it was soon apparent there was a need for
economically priced alternatives to the high contingency fees being charged by
other groups. He has been a licensed Administrator since 1983 running facilities
including multiple facility responsibilities. Stan has worked for both large and
small companies.

Dave Brady, President, Southwest Region

Dave's 20 years in health care have included both operations and consulting in key settings requiring quality services for seniors: Skilled nursing facilities, transitional care units and continuum of care retirement communities. His regional-level management responsibilities have included local medical clinics, contracted support services, a multi-state geriatric rehabilitation practice and a regional group of LTC financial and nurse consultants. In addition to direct management consulting, Dave has presented to industry groups around the country on Medicare PPS, managed care, billing, therapy management and case management.

Gail Brown, President, Northeast Region

Gail brings 25 years of health care experience as a clinician and administrator in community, hospital and skilled nursing settings providing in-patient,
dementia and skilled rehabilitation services. With experience recruiting for rehabilitation and social services, she is knowledgeable about the process and
balance of a good placement. As an attorney she has done legislative, government relations and policy work related to provider reimbursement and workforce shortages.
Areas of interest include compliance, health care legal issues, board governance and team building. "Committed to matching health care human resources with community need."

Michael joined Provider Management in March of 2005, and brings 15 years of customer sales & service experience, gained while previously working for both large
and small companies. He utilizes all of those talents for his clients. Michael comes from a family well established in the Healthcare industry.

Adam Paige, Healthcare Recruiter, Southwest Region

Adam joined Provider Management in July of 2002.
After spending twenty enjoyable years calling on health care providers in a sales
and marketing role for a large medical products manufacturer, Adam decided to
pursue a career in healthcare recruiting. He enjoys the rewards that come
from helping professionals find the "dream job" that advances their career.

Kym Smith, Corporate Administrative Support

Kym has been with Provider Management since September of 2000. She has an extensive
background in support services and bookkeeping, utilizing all of those skills in
keeping with the needs of a growing organization. She is a partner, and an integral
